Hospitality and Restaurants
Quaintance-Weaver Hotels and Restaurants is the premier hotelier and restaurant operator in the greater Triad area. Their hotels include the O.Henry and Proximity and they also operate the Green Valley Grill, PrintWorks Bistro, and Lucky 32 Southern Kitchens in Greensboro and Cary, NC.
The genesis of the Weaver Investment Company was in residential construction and later expanded into multi-family and commercial projects including facilities management. That tradition continues today through construction and management operations. Companies include Pella Windows of North Carolina and Pella Windows of Tennessee, KMW Builders, and Harvell Doors and Cabinetry.
Stoney Creek Golf Club is located in Stoney Creek, NC, between Greensboro and Burlington. It is in an upscale golf-course community of more than 650 homes, apartments, and condominiums. The course has been ranked as one of the Top 100 courses in North Carolina. Stoney Creek is a private club with limited outside play and offers resort-quality golf and swimming as well as dining and event facilities.
Weaver Investments works with other organizations through investments and partnerships in a number of related areas. These include Franklin Street Partners, in Chapel Hill, NC, a full-service investment management firm; CLM Properties, of Atlanta, that develops and manages apartments and commercial facilities; and, Watson Electric, in Wilson, NC, which is a major electrical contractor.
Park Center Management provides property management services for apartments and commercial buildings on a contract basis for third-party owners as well as for properties owned by the Weaver Companies.
